Engine 39 was purchased in 1994 when the WV State Fire Commission began to upgrade its requirements. It is an unusual design in that it has a rear mounted pump panel. Pump capacity is 1250 GPM supported by an 800 gallon booster tank. E-39 sports 1000' of 5" LDH as well as 1000' of  2 1/2" and two pre-connect, 1 1/2" cross lays. There is a 250' 2 1/2" pre-connect with a Vindicator nozzle as well. This engine has an array of four, 2 1/2" discharges right from the pump panel. We can also flow directly into the 5" LDH via a Storz fitting at the pump. This engine is equipped with a fixed 1000 GPM adjustable fog tip deck gun on the top and all discharges are plumbed to the 50 gallon foam tank.
